I called on a Friday to see if we could get our water heater replaced. The service manager said it would have to be done on Monday, which was going to be rough for my family to go another weekend without hot water. Shortly after, they called me back and said it was our lucky day… They had a cancellation and were able to service us on Friday for our new water heater!
